A Late Summer Elopement on the Coast of Maine – Alex & Caleb

Alex and Caleb’s late summer elopement was such a beautiful afternoon to have the privilege to document. These two are Manhattan residents, but decided to leave behind the city for the week and instead slow down and spend time with their family and closest friend in a gorgeous rental property in Kennebunkport, Maine. Everything about this rental was so quintessentially New England (in the best way): The lobster pillow on the rocking chair, the inviting hydrangeas lining the house’s front steps, the seashell dish they kept their rings in before the ceremony. Alex even made her own bouquet at a local farm the day before, walking around with the owner and taking clippings of the flowers she thought felt most like her.
